Terms
What these prototypes are, and are not, in plain terms.
What this is
Everything on this site is a prototype built by AlfaGov, an independent supplier. None of it is a government service, and none of it carries any government endorsement. Where a prototype draws on a published government or public-sector source, that source is named on its page; naming it is not the same as being run, reviewed, or approved by the body that published it.
Offered as they are
These prototypes are offered as they are, with no warranty of any kind. There is no service level, no support model, and nobody on call. If something breaks, there is no guarantee it gets fixed, and no guarantee of when.
Installing the planning agent
If you install the P3 planning agent, you install it in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, under your own app registration. You operate it from that point on, and you are responsible for what it does there — including what it writes to a teacher’s OneDrive and calendar, and who in your organisation is allowed to install it. AlfaGov does not operate, monitor, or support any installation of it.
These prototypes can be wrong
Each prototype states where it can be wrong on its own page — Nora says so directly, and the planning agent’s case study lists what it does not do, including the parts of its curriculum extraction that have not been fully verified. Read the page for the prototype you are using before relying on anything it produces.
One limit belongs here rather than a page away, because you need it before you install. The planning agent’s safeguarding check is a keyword filter: it catches direct statements and misses indirect disclosure — “she’s been very quiet since her mum’s new partner moved in” is a disclosure to a person and nothing at all to a regular expression. It is a floor, not a safeguard. The safeguard is your designated teacher, which is who the check points to. The case study sets out the rest.
The research behind them
The published research these prototypes are built from is published at lab-notes.ai. That research is published by its authors. The prototypes built from it are ours.
